Recent studies have shown that nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, are associated with a wide range of effects on living organisms, from stimulation to toxic effects. Plants an important object such research, which is the potential use nanomaterials in agriculture and environmental protection. At same time, specific mechanisms formation plant resistance nanotubes remain not fully understood, especially woody plants. Therefore, we studied effect aqueous colloids multi-walled (MWCNTs) outer diameter 10–30 nm length about 2 μm at concentration 1, 10, 50, 100 mg/L morphometric parameters level expression stress genes Betula pubescens Ehrh. B. pendula Roth. plants greenhouse conditions. The results showed increase shoot dry biomass leaf increased by 30%, stem 42%, root 49% when using MWCNTs 10 mg/L. DREB2 PR-10 significantly under influence 1 both species. nanoparticles led decrease pendula, may be negative high concentrations. revealed positive low concentrations open up prospects for their biotechnology.
